This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 16.11.2016 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 2901/2013, titled Shri Pinto Kumar v. The Govt. of NCTD through The Commissioner of Police (DAP) & Ors., allowing the O.A. filed by the petitioner with the following direction: “15. In the circumstances and for the aforesaid reasons, the OA is allowed and the impugned orders are quashed and the respondents are directed to reinstate the applicant into service with all consequential benefits. However, in the peculiar circumstances of the case, the applicant is not entitled for any arrears for the break period.
