The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as “CPC”] against the order dated 10.07.2025 passed by learned DJ-06, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”]. 4. By the Impugned Order, the Application under Order XII Rule 6 of the CPC filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. The learned Trial Court gave a finding that the admissions are not clear or sufficient to dispose of the matter. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has made an inadvertent typographical error in his replication and would require to seek its correction. 6.
