Briefly stated, the case of the Prosecution is that on 14.06.2014, the Complainant Ravinder/Amardeep had made a complaint that his Naani Indravati, aged 75 years and his Mausi Geeta, aged 40 years had left their home on 13.06.2016 without any information and have not come back since then. 3. On investigation, through call CDRs, the witness Aryan, son of Geeta, was traced who stated that on 13.06.2016 while he was present at his house, his mother Geeta had told him that that Pardeep had called his mother i.e. Indravati to BDO Block, Alipur and that they went there. Pardeep had asked Indravati to pay sum of Rs.20,000/- for growing the agricultural yield on their land and that when she refused, some argument took place between them. 4.
