By way of the present Appeal filed under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, the Appellants1 are assailing the judgment and decree dated 26.09.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(O.S.) No. 2664/2014 titled as Shakuntla & Anr v. Rajinder Singh Deswal2.
