The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking directions to the respondent – New Delhi Municipal Council (“NDMC”), to regularize the shop bearing no. 83, Palika Bazar, New Delhi (“subject shop”) in favour of the petitioner, and execute a License Deed in his favour. The petitioner further seeks quashing of the letters dated 18th June, 2018 and 21st December, 2011, issued by the respondent, thereby, rejecting the petitioner’s request for regularization. 2. Facts, as canvassed in the petition, are as follows: 2.1 The subject shop was initially allotted to M/s Marveilleuse Arts & Crafts on 01st November, 1978, comprising of three Partners, i.e., Mohd.
