The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non- consideration of the application dated 27th May, 2025, submitted by the petitioner for revalidation of the registration of the petitioner firm as a Class- I Civil Contractor. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier, the petitioner had filed an application dated 13th January, 2025, for revalidation of the registration, which was rejected vide order dated 17th March, 2025. 3.
