Petitioner is judgment-debtor before the learned Executing Court and the challenge is to dated 06.07.2023 whereby one application of judgment-debtor has been dismissed. 2. When the present petition was entertained by this Court on 17.10.2023, petitioner expressed its willingness to deposit 100% of the decretal amount with the Registrar General of this Court within a period of two weeks. 3. As admitted, a sum of Rs. 10,65,000/- was deposited with the Registrar General of this Court by the petitioner vide two separate transactions on 06.11.2023. 4. Parties, however, were referred to mediation and, fortunately, they have reached an amicable settlement. 5. Report dated 13.08.2025 from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received and, as per the terms of settlement, out Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed CM(M) 1702/2023 1 By:DINESH CHANDRA Signing Date:25.08.2025 15:24:18 of the total principal decretal amount of Rs. 10,65,000/-, which has been deposited before this Court, a sum of Rs. 8 lacs would be released to the decree-holder and the balance, along with accrued interest on the entire amount,would go to the petitioner/judgment-debtor. 6.
