Following the order passed on the last date of hearing, Mr. Piyush Chaudhary appears on behalf of the respondent. He acknowledges that the entire amount in terms of para 23 of the judgment dated 18 October 2024 and decree dated 29 November 2024 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court) in CS (Comm) 292/2024 has been paid except for electricity and water charges. 2. Mr. Puri, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that the electricity and water charges would be paid forthwith. RFA(COMM) 76/2025 3.
