Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that a settlement in the matter is possible. 1.1 Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, on instructions, further submits that the Impugned Award has granted a lumpsum compensation of 4 lakhs and the Respondent is willing to settle the matter at 50%, which is 2 lakhs and interest accrued thereof in the matter. 2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this is a fair offer and she requests for some time to take instructions in this regard. 3. Let the Authorised Representative of the Petitioner as well as the Respondent remain physically present in the Court on the next date of hearing.” 2.
