This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 626/2020, dated 19.11.2020, registered at P.S Jhangir Puri, Delhi under Sections 323/341/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per averments made in the FIR, on 18.11.2020 Respondents were subjected to physical assault by petitioner and his associates with lathis and sharp edged weapons causing injuries. They further submit that petitioner stole their mobile phones and a cheque of ₹1,20,000.
