The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation, seeking a transfer to Kanpur, to be with his wife, invoking the policy of spouse posting, is still pending with the respondents. 2. Mr. Harshit Goel, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that if the Court so directs, the respondents will pass a decision on the petitioner’s representation within the time fixed by the Court. 3.
