This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 3089/2025, titled Sunil Kumar Mishra & Ors v. DSSSB & Anr., disposing the O.A. filed by the petitioners herein. 2. By the aforesaid O.A., the petitioners had inter alia challenged the Advertisement No.1/25 dated 04.07.2025 for the Post Code 01/25, 3.
