The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to not take coercive action against the petitioners until the Presiding Officer of the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“ATMCD”) assumes charge and hears the appeal filed by the petitioners herein before the ATMCD, in accordance with law. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners had earlier approached this Court in W.P.(C) 9549/2025, titled as “Jeet Singh and Ors.
