Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and has filed a suit seeking permanent injunction against his estranged sister-in-law and her alleged paramour. 2. The limited request in the present petition is to the effect that the learned Trial Court be asked to decide his injunction application, expeditiously. 3. The suit in question has been filed this year only and the next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 28.08.2025. 4. The petition is, without going deeper into the merits of the case, disposed of with request to the learned Trial Court to take up the abovesaid application on the date fixed and to make best endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 5.
