His first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2022. This appeal arises out of impugned judgment and order dated 21.12.2019 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. 9, Hardoi in Sessions Trial No. 373 of 2015 arising out of Crime No. 228 of 2015, P.S. Beniganj, District - Hardoi, convicting the accused-appellant and sentencing him under Section 302/34 of I.P.C. to undergo imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs.15,000/-, in default thereof, to undergo additional imprisonment for six months, and in Sessions Trial No. 374 of 2015 arising out of Crime No. 244 of 2015, P.S. Beniganj,
