This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 511/2024, dated 06.09.2024, registered at P.S Fatehpur Beri, Delhi under Section 448/511/506/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per averments made in the FIR, on 31.10.2023 Respondent No. 2 alleged that several accused from a land mafia gang carrying CRL.M.C. 2530/2025 Page 1 of 4 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:VAISHALI PRUTHI Signing Date:26.08.2025 18:40:00 lethal construction weapons forcibly attempted to trespass and encroach upon her company’s agriculture land with threats to the caretaker FIR was lodged at instance of respondent no. 2 under sections 448/511/506/34 IPC against the petitioners. It is submitted that several disputes were ongoing between the parties. 3. During the course of proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes. In view of the aforesaid settlement, petitioners have executed an Agreement dated 17.10.2024. It is submitted that all pending cases have been withdrawn and FIR No. 510/2024, lodged at PS Fatehpur Beri under sections 448/506 IPC has since been quashed by the co-ordinate bench today. Copy
