Mr. Bhatnagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that these writ petitions are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal in terms of Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act 1985. 2. Accordingly, we transfer these writ petitions to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench to be treated as original a
