This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 14/2011, dated 19.01.2011, registered at P.S Badarpur, Delhi under Sections 420/468/ 471/448/120B/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per averments made in the FIR, Respondent No. 2, alleged that he purchased a 50 sq. yard plot in Badarpur on 10.08.2009 from person namely Ramesh Dogra through petitioner.
