PRACHCHHAK Date : 14/08/2025 ORAL JUDGMENT Present appeal is filed by the appellants challenging the impugned judgment and award dated 31.05.2012 passed by the learned Workmen Compensation Commissioner, Godhra in Workmen Compensation Application No. 1 of 1999 whereby the Workmen Commissioner has allowed the claim petition filed by the respondent – claimant and award compensation of Rs.66,970/- along with the interest at the rate of 6%. Though various grounds have been raised in the memo of a
