The present appeal is filed by the insurance company/original respondent no.3 under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act, 1988”) being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned judgment and award dated 31.08.2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Dahod in MACP No.768 of 2007. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the brother-in-la
