This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 03.02.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.3813/2018, titled Shri Rahul Singh Rathore v. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board & Ors., allowing the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein with the following directions: “21. For the reasons stated and dealt with exhaustively hereinabove, the O.A. is allowed. The impugned order dated 20.09.2017 is quashed and set aside.
