This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Orders dated 28.08.2023, 05.09.2023 and 12.09.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, ‘Tribunal’) in C.P. No.162/2023 in O.A. No.174/2023, titled Pranjal Kumar v. Dr Suresh Kumar Medical Director Health & Amp; Family Welfare. 2.
