This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 02.05.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 3887/2016, titled Satyavir Singh v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors., disposing of the said O.A., with an innocuous direction as under:- “3. It is the case of the respondents that the respondents had applied for the post of Fire Operator against the 315 vacancies advertised by the petitioners, vide advertisement No.003/1999 dated 06.05.1999. It is averred that the petitioners herein had issued the result of only 149 candidates out of 315 vacancies, along with a list of 35 candidates, whose results were shown to be kept in abeyance.
