After hearing arguments for some time, Mr. Tanmay Mehta, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, merely seeks direction to the concerned Debt Recovery Tribunal (‘DRT’) to expeditiously dispose of one application i.e. I.A. No.1206/2022 filed by Bank of Baroda in M.A. 28/2024. 2. The next date in the abovesaid matter before learned DRT is reported to be 09.10.2025. 3.
