This petitioner, by this writ petition, challenges the decision of the Medical Board, which conducted a Detailed Medical Examination1 on 30 November 2024 and Review Medical Examination2 on 9 December 2024, whereby the petitioner was declared unfit for joining training for appointment to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Exe)3. 2.
