In view of the controversy involved in this case, this Court with the consent of the parties proceeds to dispose of the same without inviting counter affidavit. 3. By means of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashment of the History-sheet of the petitioner, if any, after summoning the same from its original. 4.
