The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Usman in Case No.256 of 2024, under Sections 8/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Chilkana, District Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that FSL report has not been received, though charge-sheet has been submitted. Co-accused has been apprehended with 10 grams of smack kept in his pocket. The applicant is named in the F.I.R. as disclosed by the co-accused. The applicant is languishing in jail since February, 2025. In case the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. 4.
