This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Noman, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.42 of 2025, under Sections 376, 506 IPC and 67-A I.T. Act, P.S. Jani, District Meerut. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 27.1.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she became friend with the applicant through Instagram and they used to talk to each other. After two months of it the applicant expressed his desire to meet her and called her wherein she went there and then he while luring her, took her to a hotel where he committed rape upon her. He made a video of it and then threatened her of making it viral. Sh
