Sri A.C.Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, wherein, a strange FIR has been registered by the official of the bank alleging therein that the mask person came in the cabin of manager and threatened to kill himself and the manager as he is in requirement of Rs.40,00000/-. The Rs.40,00000/- has been collected by the manager from the cashier counter in the denomination of 500 x 8000 currency notes kept in a bag and taken away by that person.
