Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that the accused is on bail in the cases shown in the gang chart and in criminal history. He further submits that in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit, it is specifically mentioned that the accused applicant is 73 years of age and bail orders of 8 cases shown against him could not be made available.
