The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant Kaushal Kishore, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.308 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191(3), 190, 109, 352, 351(3) and 131 B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, P.S. Chirgaon, District Jhansi during pendency of the trial. 3. As per the first information report, on 22.09.2024 at about 9.30 a.m. father of the informant went to mohalla Matanpur for conception of his got and on returning named accused persons and two unknown persons abused his father and assaulted.
