This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Gani, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 113 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Mandawali, District Bijnor. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 6.9.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has no motive to commit the offence. If any person was having motive behind the occurrence that person was co-accused Kasim, who has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10.1.2025 in Crl. Misc.
