Act, 1985 in Case Crime No. 558 of 2024, Police Station- Goverdhan, District-Mathura. 3. Sri Misrha, Advocate appears for the applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police, wherein 220 gms. of Alprazolam powder has been allegedly recovered from the possession of the accused- applicant on the basis of tip of police informer while he was near Radha Kund Sitaram Guest House at public place.
