Public Examination (POUM) Act in Case Crime No.08 of 2025, Police Station- Rakabganj, District Agra. 2. Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been apprehended by the Centre Supervisor while giving the examination of Group D in the High Court Service in place of Sansari. The accused applicant is in jail since January, 2025, who is a student and having a career. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
