Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Iklakh Alias Bukhar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.368 of 2024, under Section 21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Barsana, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.12.2024. From the perusal of the First Information Report it appears that 160 gram of alprazolum powder has been recovered from the possession of the accused. It is further contended that mandatory provision of Section 50 of N.D.P.S Act has not been complied with. It is argued that the conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long and
