Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.321 of 2022, under Sections 302, 328 I.P.C., Police Station- Bansgaon, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be a widow and had administered poison to the brother of the informant in the night of 14/15.3.2022. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR was instituted on 11.9.2022 i.e. after a delay of about six months
