This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Arman seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.274 of 2024, under Section 109 B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Etawah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.. He further submitted that the applicant has no criminal history. He is languishing in jail since 25.11.2024 and he undertakes that he will not misuse the liberty, if granted. 4.
