The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mobin Qureshi with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.292 of 2024, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in eight criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from the eight cases, the applicant has criminal history of four more cases explained in para-6 of supplementary affidavit in which he has also been enlarged on bail.
