The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Session Case No.2140 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.381 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201, 498-A IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Cantt, District Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has been implicated in this case being husband of the deceased person, but he has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
