This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Devendra seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.455 of 2003 and GST No.150 of 2004, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act and 60/72 Excise Act, Police Station- Shahganj, District- Agra. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.9.2024. It is submitted that the accused applicant was granted bail by the trial court vide order dated 3.1.2004.
