This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Amarjeet Verma seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.25 of 2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) B.N.S. and Section 66-D Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Maharajganj. 3 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 1.11.2024. It is submitted that the accused applicant is not named in the first information report and he is the son of Rammilan Verma. It is further submitted that the accused applicant has not participated in commissioning of the offence
