This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shahanwaj seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.202 of 2024, under Section 3(5), 109 of B.N.S.S., 2023 and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Bhopa, District- Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 13.08.2024.
