This is the second bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 36 of 2020, under Sections 302, 120B I.P.C., registered at P.S. Lalganj, District Basti. 4. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.8.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 16589 of 2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial in the matter has concluded and as such the same has become infructuous. 6. As prayed, the bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
