The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 26673 of 2023 (Neetu Vs. State of U.P.). 4. This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Neetu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 360 of 2021, under Section 304, 201 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli. 5. The sole and the only submission raised before this Court by learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is in jail since 12.04.2023 but till date only 01 witness Vinod Kumar being P.W.-1 has been examined whose testimony is anne
