This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Madhav Tiwari @ Datta seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 183 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 61 (2) BNS, Police Station- Binwar, District- Hamirpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.09.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Pramod Singh and Indrajeet Singh have already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 20.05.2025 and 10.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 13247 of 2025 and 45064
