Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant Apoorva Sonkar with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 0339 of 2024, under Section 2 & 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Civil Lines, District-(City Commissionerate) Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is neither a gang leader nor a member of any gang and she has been falsely implicated in the present case due to enmity with police personnel. It has been further submitted that the accused-applicant Apoorva Sonkar is a Bachelor of Education graduate and she has been
