This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Hariom seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.119 of 2024, under Sections 354, 354B, 506 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station- Chhaprauli, District- Baghpat. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.8.2024. It is submitted that four accused namely, Ravindra, Jagdish, Kala and Amit were named in the FIR and accused appellant is not named in the FIR.
