Learned counsel appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, the recovery of 141.846 kg. of ganja from the joint possession of two accused persons including the applicant. The co- accused Sheelu Bahera has already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. The accused-applicant has been shown as the driver of the vehicle.
