The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ramadhar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.171 of 2024, under Section 3/5(1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act, Police Station Thuthibari, District- Maharajganj, during pendency of trial. 3. There are allegations against the applicant of alluring the villagers to adopt Christian Religion. It has been stated in the F.I.R. that accused- applicant had tried to convert Hindu to Christian. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there is no any reliable material against the applicant. No ritual regarding conversion from Hindu to Christian has been mentioned in the F.I.R.
