Learned counsel for the opposite party no.4 submits that his client is not present in Court to file counter affidavit. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Mohd. Yazdani seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.472 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 137(2), 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Mubarakpur, District- Azamgarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 1.12.2024. It is submitted that the present FIR is nothing but a counterblast. It is further submitted that the accused appellant has no criminal antec
